We have experience collecting high value debts and running large debt collection caseloads for individual clients.  We understand the best collection and enforcement options for each debtor and can use the Companies Acts to assist the collection of high value debts. 

We can advise on schemes of arrangements and examinership, including the strict time limits for opposing proposed schemes and to rely on personal guarantees.

We also advise directors of struggling companies who may be considering whether to continue trading or to appoint a liquidator and those facing restriction or disqualification.
